PayPal Here Chip Card Reader - Can't Take Contactless Payments

I just got my new Chip Reader but I cannot get it to do a Contactless Tap Transacion. Anyone else have this issue or know why I cant get mine to work? I can do other transation just not Contactless. Im using Android Galaxy 7 Edge. Thank you.

What type of device did the buyer use?

No one has ever presented a contactless payment device, so I have no first-hand experience.

You could search the forums, but you're not likely to find good information.

Rather than wait, why not just phone PayPal customer service for help.  They do have technical specialists for the bluetooth reader.

I have the new chip reader for paypal here. You can TAP the credit card and it reads it ...called a Contactless Transaction...

Accepts contactless/NFC/ApplePay (from their website)

I know how it's ssupposed to work, I meant what device is the buyer using when tapping on the bluetooth reader?  Was it a credit card or a phone?  If credit card, which brand?

Credit card....Visa...M/c...None will work...I tapped...waved...nothing works...I can swipe it...but I want to use the tap feature.
