PayPal Here No Network Connection Error.

I was using PayPal Here with a Card Reader just fine.   I replaced my I{hone with the same Model but a new device as the my battery died on my Iphone 6+.

I now get an error that says:

"It seems you are not connected to a network."  I can connect when on Wifi but not on 4g or LTE.

Same is True for the Regular Iphone PayPal App

It seems like an issue with your iPhone.  What can you do to fix your network or data connections on your phone?

Everything works except these two apps.  I can get on the internet, get my mail.  If I connect to a wifi network, they are both OK.  LTE or 4G, I get the Error.

I had a phone go bad and it was replaced ewith a new one.  Everything else on the Phone does not appear to have a problem.  I just cannot use the PayPal without a Wifi connection.

It’s taken me a lot of time and frustration getting to the bottom of this so I help this helps some of you with a similar problem. I was getting the ‘it seems you’re not connected to a network’ error on 4G but it was fine on WiFi on my iphone. Solved by: Go to settings Find the PayPal Here App Mobile data - turn on That’s it!

Paypal Here is not showing up in my list of apps for which I can turn on cellular data. iPhone 5s with most recent iOS version.

I found in another thread the suggestion that one log in with PIN instead of email/pass combo. I did that and was able to use Paypal Here with no wifi access.
