I am fairly new to Paypal (I know, late bloomer), mainly becuase of some of the horror stories. Now, an experience of my own. I recently was approved for Paypal credit. Not only has it been "unable to set up payment" each and every time I have tried to use it, but now the available credit says $0. Has anyone else had this issue? My approval was for $2,250, I haven't used a cent from it, and I have $0 available. I have 2 of my banks connected, my mobile phone, and 2 credit cards...I'm lost.
Apparently you no longer qualify for PayPal Credit. You would need to investigate your own credit history, delinquency issues, credit score, PayPal history, and anything else related to your risk to PayPal.
