I am trying to transfer my remaining balance to a Netspend prepaid card. Current status of transfer is "pending"
The first time I called customer service, I was told it was a 24 hour hold since its basically my first transaction with Paypal.
24+ hours later..... Still Pending. Called them again to find out that they(Paypal) has no hold/restriction on transfer? Netspend is the one not accepting/refusing transfer???
Is there something or step I missed? Currently waiting for Netspend customer service to open to call.
