Sending Money from Skrill account(skrill.com) to Paypal account

Hello

I reside outside US and I am not eligible to receive payments from US via Paypal. But I have been told that I can do so by opening an account with skrill.com. But then I want to move the funds from skrill to Paypal because Paypal is accepted by many online shops.But I am not sure if funds can be transferred from skrill to Paypal. Has anyone tried to do so?

By using paypal

And log in first then go to https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view

Click My Selling Tools > Block Payments > Update > Uncheck the box "Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab"

This is a user forum, not PayPal customer service.

To transfer funds just click on the PayPal transfer option.  You can choose from whatever options are available.  If Skrill is there, then use it; if not, then you can't.
