Back in January of 2017 there was a press release announcing that PayPal and Discover had entered into an agreement that would allow you to use your Discover Cash Back funds to pay for transactions made using your PayPal account. I can find no way to link my Discover funds to PayPal. I have already linked my Discover card to the account.
How does this work or did it not actually get rolled out?
