Whenever i try to access the paypal.com/cash i come to a page that says
Access Denied
This request was blocked by the security rules
i have a $45 usd card and i want to use it buut i cant could someone please help me

I have bought several $500 My Cash cards and loaded up my PayPal. I don't remember the specifics, but I have reloaded my PayPal to the tune of $1500 from time to time. I bought 3 - $500 May Cash cards, tried to load them in the same day, unaware of the daily limit. I kept getting an loading page error. I must have tried 3 times before I noticed on the error page, down in the bottom right, in small print, the $500 daily limit. I had 3 days before flying to the Baltics and 3 cards for $500. I loaded the next card the next day, the had to fly, leaving one card unredeemed. After some flying delays, and successfully picking up a Frankfurt cold, I tried to load my card from Latvia and am getting this same Web Page loading error. I think it is because of international banking rules... I checked blacklists for both source and destination with no blacklist returns, so the block is very specific at the www.paypal-cash.com site. I have one card left I need to redeem. The question is if you are on the "otherside" of a block, legal, legitimate, abuse, how do you redeem your card?

Uh because, excuse me, I checked the site and it is not blocked for me so why would it be blocked for the OP without further info given by the OP.
MyCash card is available only in the US so if they have a MyCash card it stands to reason they would be in the US. And they didn't reply to give further info.

I am new to this forum, and PayPal Cash but I will try and help you with some basics...
1) Verify the DNS.
2) Check your IP and neighboring hops for "MIM". This starts with your ISP if you are not familiar.
3) Check Local and international laws if applicable.
4) Call support. If you are international, this can get quite expensive and an additional tax on retreiving your funds.
It is always good to do a personal inventory, to see if anything you may have done could have exasperated the situation. If it tells you to wait 30 minutes, wait 30 minutes unless your sure it was something you can solve on your end.
