paypal prepaid mastercard purchased at cvs/walgreens fees $ to euro

(1) want to purchase a PayPal prepaid MasterCard at the store (2) want to link card to paypal (3) want to transfer $300 USD/day to card (4) want someone in foreign country to charge on Master card in EUROS what are the TOTAL fees for this transaction? for say 1000 EUROS... what does that equate to approx. with fees in USD? what makes this complicated is that I need to know the exchange rate i.e. usd/euro = 1.18 than need $1180 for 1000euros BUT WHAT OTHER FEES ARE ACCESSED BY PAYPAL FOR CARDS PURCHASED IN STORE? I.E. INTL TRANSACTION FEE?/ CONVERSION FEE?/EXCHANGE FEE? THANKS

if you buy a card from the store,it will cost you at least $4.95 which is the first month monthly fee for the card.

It is just a temporary card,so you need to apply for a permanent one with your name,addre and SS number,whichw ill take time to mail to you.

then you can link to  your Paypal account and move fund into that account.

are you trying to buy from a European merchant who accept euros and not US $,I dont know if the card can be used for cross border transction,go to the website and find out OR someone may come along and advise further.

also the card has a fee of $4.95 a month

exchange rate fluctuates,you wont know ahead of time,so put a little more in ,say 1300.

conversion fee for Paypal is 3%,for the card,I dontknow ,you have to find out from that site.

can you use the card for overseas non US currency purchase?

consider wiretranfer or money g ram or intl cashier check,the fee may come in close to what you end up paying with Paypal
