swiped credit card from paypal here shows up in summary as "undefined"

How do I get it to show as available funds?

I accepted a CC for payment, swiped it, got confirmation, then a week later it is showing up as "cash".

I am being transferred right now to the paypal here tech group to review the actual transaction, but yes, there appears to be somthing FUBAR with paypal here.

I've used PayPal Here for a couple years, both chip and swipe.

Specifically what card did the buyer use, debit or credit?  What brand? 

What are the details of the transaction on your PayPal acitivity list?  What are the details of the PayPal invoice part of the transaction?

There is the rub:  The card was swiped, accepted and confirmed but no details show on the paypal side.

If it was swiped and you followed through witht he transaction to have the buyer sign the screen and then you click on "done", it should show a completed transaction and ask if you want to send a text or email receipt.  Did you go through all those steps?

When you log on to your PayPal Here account on your mobile device you can view your activity.  Does the transaction show?

Now on your comptuter PayPal account and summary acitvity page you should also find the transaction.  Is it there?
