With bank bail-ins in the news, in Europe for now, and with the increasing risk of derivative collapse, I would like to know if my Paypal balance is isolated from the economic and financial crisis that seems to be building.
Since the Money Market fund was closed in 2011, does that mean the currency held by Paypal in my behalf is held privately now?
