HOW TO CANCEL A CLAIM?

i am old and disabled and it takes me time to learn thngs. i mistakenly raised a claim for a trasaction to did not recognized at first but now i know it.. how can i cancel my claim?

Go to the resolution tab in your paypal account and find the dispute and there should be an option to cancel it in there.

I tried doing it..it says "the actino is not valid try again" i been trying it since yesterday! nothing is happening!

To close a dispute or claim:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolution Centre at the top of the page.
- Select Open cases in the drop down menu and find the claim you wish to close.
- Click the Case ID link (e.g. PP-111-222-333) under the Case column.
- If the case is in the Dispute phase click Close Dispute
- If your case is in the Claim phase click Cancel this claim.
- Enter any comments in the comment box and continue to close your dispute or claim.

Did you open the claim on paypal or ebay???

yes i did! on right side it shows open disputes and claims so when i am clicking on it
it direclty lead me to the claim! i have two options
By clicking the Cancel this Complaint button, you are certifying the following:
- You no longer want to dispute this transaction as being unauthorized
- All issues involving this transaction have been resolved to your satisfaction
- You recognize this payment as a valid transaction. By clicking the Cancel This Claim button PayPal will notify the seller and close this case.
By checking this box and clicking the Cancel this Claim button, you agree that this complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction. Once this complaint has been cancelled, PayPal will stop investigating it and close the case.
so when i check this box and click on cancel claim! its goes to another page and says
That action is not valid. Please try again.

Then contact customer services on Monday and ask them to cancel it for you.
