HOW TO UNBLOCK

 hello few weeks ago i got new master card and link it to my paypal account. so a friend of mine was telling that i must need to verify my paypal without saying any instructions. she only said that i need to wait the email for my 4 digit code. it almost more than 2 weeks i didn't recieve any email. and because im new to paypal i didn't know where to find the code. so i try to do it my self when i saw a 4 digit code written in my card i click where i link my card then when i see a confirm botton i click it and type the 4 digit code twice.Thats where they said that the card is blocked from entering the paypal system.Please help me how can i unblock it

This is a PayPal user forum, not PayPal customer service.

First, best to follow PayPal instructions when you set up your account rather than instructions from a friend.

For now just contact PayPal customer service for help.  Click onthe "contact" link at the bottom of the page.

Forum members cannot see any details about your account and to not know the specific steps you took to get your account to this point.  There should have been isntructions from PayPal at each step of the setup process.

yeah i admit that i didn't follow paypal instruction.. but all my concern nw is how to unblock my card
