Item never received ebay suspect fraud ,Help!

Hey.. I bought an item from a person on ebay.I paid ithe tem 2 March 2013. and has not yet received any be.I contacted "rare waves-imports" and wrote that I will contact ebay if I do not get my money  back.then I waited a week to get answers from "rare waves-imports"

 

Finally decided to to open a case. I then opened a case April 12th 2013.but

then the same day rare waves-imports" email me and ask if I can wait until Friday next week so "rare waves-imports" investigate. so i closed the case.

 

Now I waited another week and have not received either no reply or any product or got my money back. what should i do?can i contact paypal directly??

Hi harden_ferguson

 

 

Never close a case  until you're satisfied with the outcome as it cannot be reopened

You will probably not hear from them again

 

If you paid by ccard contact your card issuer/bank to see if they can help you chargeback

 

You can contact paypal by clicking on the "contact" tab, "call us/email us" on the paypal website

I was refunded by "rare waves-imports" I basically had to beg rare waves-imports  for a refund.

Unfortunately not,because they keep stalling me all the time and gave me tracking number and everything and told me to pass it on to my local post office to trace the item.I did it and they could not find anything with that tracking number.
