A merchant was out of stock and refunded my payment, and when I check the My Account page, the transaction status shows the payment is "Completed". But PayPal put the funds on hold and I had to dig down into the transaction just to figure that out. Why does PayPal say my refund is complete when they haven't even released the funds to me?! Funds already cleared for my original payment, so how long do I have to wait to get my money back?!
