I need help to solve a proble. I have bought an item on march that I have never received. After waited a about 6 months, the item finally was returned to the seller. He, without a problem, kindly agreed to refund my money. Ten days later he opened a dispute saying that "the lens was not has described". Paypal treated me has I have been the seller. When I wasn't.. I simply received a refund of my money because I've never received anything. Then, after I tried to explain what happened, paypal decide that he is right and that I have to "refund" the money, when I was the one refunded.
Now my paypal balance is negative. And I don't know what to do.
The seller told me "the post office find that item. We can pick it up tomorrow. after that we refund your money away. Sorry about that"
After that, he refunded me, and more than ten days later he open a dispute. I don't know if he didn't see the item that was broken, or he is just scamming me.
Now I'm supposed to refund his money, and he is going to return the item.
I don't event touched the item, I lost time, the money, and the item. Now I will get the item, but has the seller says possibly "broken"
