I disputed a case and won back $54.00.. I used $4.00 from my personal account, and that is refunded in Paypal waiting for my use. I used a gift card for the remaining $50.00. I won my dispute and the money was returned. This was on May 15th, and today is May 26th.
I made a couple of phone calls during this time, and the last time I called I was told the redemption code would be posted in my accout for the $50.00 within 72 hours. Well, it isn't there!
Why can't Ebay/Paypal get this corrected? Why haven't I received an email with a link taking me directly to my refunded Gift Certificate Redemption Code? I found older Redemption Codes of which I am using them on gift cards I thought were zero balanced. (That's a good thing)!
Am I the only one would seeks and suffers in trying to search and find, for one, on how to get my redemption? Much in the same way I had to endure pain and suffering in finding this page alone?
I have been using ebay/paypal for a long time, and it seems to be getting NON-USER FRIENDLY!
Is there help out there anywhere?
