Hello ,
November 31st 2015 I went to purchase 2x go ape tickets via Groupon,paying via paypal .The £50 went through within hours.Before the day was over I decided I no longer wished to purchase the tickets and continued to contact Groupon and knew I had a 14 day cooling off period .This was the beginning of vague responses and no help in reclaiming my money .I then contacted paypal to help being as I paid through them ,a case was opened as time went on I escalated the claim as nothing was being solved due to lack of response from Groupon.I had to keep the claim afresh and updated ,however nothing has been resolved and I have not recieved my £50 .I thought I was protected by Paypal and my money was safe .I cannot afford to loose £50 especially for an item I changed my mind about and was in the correct time frame for this to be resolved ,but due to lack of support and vague correspondence I am still no further forward.There must be someone higher I can go through as I am sure that I am within my rights to reclaim my money.Please help someone .
