How does one remove the VIP Access when signing on to PayPal? I received an email informing me that Symantec will not be maintain VIP Access starting Sept 1, 2016. I do not know if another company is picking up this product. Does anyone have anymore info on the issue?
I'm very curious about this because my VIP app codes do not seem to work regardless of whether I deactivate and re-activate it. As far as I know, I have never received and email from paypal regarding this feature going away. That said, they make it very hard to actually use the VIP app or at least push SMS to make you think there are no other options.
