Yes, I've also received this notifcation whenever I log in to my PayPal account.  I'm not giving them any information whatsover.  I've been using PayPal for over six years and they have never asked for this info until now, so it's very suspicious for that any many other reasons.

I don't know what you intend to do, but I won't supply them with anything other than what they already have.  But, in answer to your question, others ARE receiving either emails or notifications when they log in to PayPal and you should report it to their security department immediately.  Hope this helps.

I recently encountered an online-seller who wanted me to devulge my PayPal account password. I immediately became suspicious of their request and did some further investigating. I asked PayPal about it and they said to never give my password to anyone. I am glad to know that. Perhaps I dodged a bullet. How can I expose the company and warn others about the company that made the request for my information? The name of the company is Check Mate. They specialize in researching public records and creating reports of people who I want to do a bcakground check on. How and to whom do I report this to?
