Scam? Buyer offers to buy RV on Craigslist using PayPal without seeing it.

I posted my RV for sale on Craigslist with pictures.  I received a text message from 720-686-8914.  The individual asked me to send the info to his/her mother, Sandra Paul, at wa544821_at_gmail.com.  You can see her email response below.  I suspect this to be a fraud due to the fact that the grammar is poor, she doesn't want to meet in person, and she immediately accepted the listing price.  Is this a scam?  Is it safe to provide my PayPal email address?  Can she retract her money once she transfers it to me?  How do I protect myself?

My Initial Email:

Sandra,

One of your children (720-686-8914) asked me via text message to send you info re: the RV I have for sale.  Please call or text me at 361-946-XXXX if you would like to see it or would like more info.

Regards,

Thank you for the mail, i am okay with the condition Likewise your
asking price is quite reasonable and affordable considering others
I've seen lately, I'll have it for the listed price. I'm interested
and consider it sold as am buying it for my first son as a surprise
birthday gift and which i don't want him to know about it until is
picked up, so can you assure me i will not be disappointed? I work
with the military air-force and presently in camp serving the nation
which is strictly no calls. My Mode of payment is PayPal because i
don't have access to my bank account online, but i have it attached to
my PayPal account. Since I'm requesting this transaction to be done
via PayPal, I will be responsible for all the PayPal fees/charges on
this transaction, if you don't have an account with PayPal, it's
pretty easy, safe and secure to open one. Just log on to
www.paypal.com. I hope we can make this transaction as fast as
possible. Less I forgot, I have a Mover that will come for pickup once
payment is cleared in your PayPal account and they will be handling
the title for me, as I look forward to hearing from you with your
PayPal information as requested below.

Your PayPal e-Mail Address :
Full name:
Firm Price:
Address for Pick Up:
Phone Number:

Awaiting your response asap..

Regards.

We will have to meet face-to-face.  I don't want any craigslist scams.

PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers
to be made through the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic
alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money
orders. Once you have created a paypal account, it must be linked to
your credit card or your bank account so that the payment you have
received into your paypal account can go into your credit card or your
bank account. Once I have transferred the payment into your paypal
account, you will be notified by paypal immediately that you have
received a payment from me. Once the payment is sitting in your paypal
account, it will be automatically transferred into your bank account .
Hope you have a clear picture of how paypal operate now? Register
(http://www.paypal.com) for a paypal account and let me know once it
is up and running. Thanks !!

Car Scam.

Be VERY careful selling cars/large items if the buyer is keen to use paypal and states they are working abroad or sending to a friend etc and need a shipping agent to pick it up..

You then get a FAKE paypal email saying you have been paid extra so you can pay the shipping agent for them via western union / moneygram and the payment is released to you after you have done that.

It is a scam to get that western union / moneygram payment, they don't want your car and the shipping agent is just a scam to get that payment.

Paypal would never expect you to use a rival payment service.
