Unauthorized Transaction. Pls help.. someone stolen my money

Hi Dear...

First of all, sorry if my english is messed

On 23 April 2016 at about 15:30 to 16:00 (GMT +7), I tried several times to get into my paypal account. and failed.

Then I reset my password (forgot password), and paypal send a link to my email to reset my password.

And after I reset my password, I can go into my paypal account.

And how surprised I see my balance runs out stolen someone to purchase game online, etc..

And this happened on 21-22 April 2016, and I know the date of 23 April 2016.

Glimpsed in my account last 6 suspicious transactions.

But when I press the button "Payments sent" , there is 8 times the suspicious transactions.

I've Go to the Resolution Center, but there has been no response.

How long does it take for an investigation? Do I have to call Customer Service?

Pelase help me to refund my money.

Calling PayPal customer service is always a good approach--and important for fraudulent transcations.  Customer service agents can look at the transcatons while you are online.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there; a phone call with one-time passcode is the best option.
