Hi
i made a purchase of a mobile phone in a chinese store 1949deal.com which was listed as in stock but after two weeks of waiting i didnt get any notification of shippement or tracking number so i tried to contact the seller via email for a whole week and i got no answer from them as usual so i knew that the only way these guy would respond is by filling a paypal dispute and guess what , they responded in one day and told me that they are sorry and Bla bla and that the phone was shipped in 24/2 and they gave me a tracking number which didnt work untill the the 3rd day so i checked the statu of the item at singpost and since then untill now all i get is (2016-02-24 19:49 Despatched to overseas (Country code: MA) ) which is weird becous 12 days passed and the Package should have passed through several phases in the original contry
The item has arrived in the transit airport
The item has left the originating country
The item is ready for shipment
So i contacted singapost and they told me that the paper form was filled but this is not an acknowledgement of phisical receipt of the package so i suspected that 1949deal didnt even shipped the package to singapore post and they just generated the form of the shippement with singpost so i contacted them through dispute and they told me that the package is shown in the tracking number as despatched to overseas and it will need sometime to arrive
the probleme now that the dispute period will end at 11/03/2016 and i have two possible situations ,even 1949deal realy sent the item it will arrive at minimum 20/03/2016 which mean that if i found that the phone is diffected or damaged like the last phone a bought from them i will not be able to dispute them again, and the second situation is 1949deal didnt send the phone already and they are trying to scam me just untill the dispute gets to expire and i will say goodbye to my money becous there is no way they will answer any of my emails so what can i do in this situation is there a way i can extend my dispute period becous the seller sent the tracking number only after the open of the dispute so after the 11/03 i will have to risk of never get any item or i get a damaged one . if not what can i do in this situation ?
thank you for the help

What was the reason for the dispute?
Was the dispute resolved successfully?
If not, then escalate to a claim.
You'll only get one chance for a dispute, so use it since you started.
Hopefully you paid with a credit card (always a good idea) so you would have a second chance for displute.

What was the reason for the dispute, non receipt or damaged phone?
If non, receipt they you could escalate because you didn't receive.
Just wait until near the end of the resolution date and make sure you escalate.
The reason for the dispute really is important and that hasn't been disclosed.
