someone used my paypal to send a payment to smtp.com

Hi guys ,
so today i saw that someone used my paypal account to send money to smtp.com wich make me think its some kind of spammer .. i mean what would someone who hack a paypal wants to do with smtp , phishing probably.
what i don't undestand is how did he get my paypal informations ? i never fill any phishing form and i run a good firewall on my computer , so i know when any app try to connect with internet . Anyway i contacted paypal about that transaction , and changed my passwords (email and paypal).

any idea what i should do more ?

If you have a weak password, someone can get lucky.  Getting the email address is the first half of the process after that all they need is the password.

 

The actions that you were advised to take should be good.  Also, if you have not changed your security questions and answers, you should do that too.
