As this a peer to peer community, no one here can view user account information because this is a public forum. Suggest that you look through your account Activity section - if you made a purchase, you would have a record of the transaction. If you unknowingly setup a recurring payment purchase (and people do that), you can check your account for that too and cancel it if you wish.
Here's how:
Login to your account.
Click the Settings (gear) icon near the top of the page.
Under the "Payment" section.
Select "Manage Pre-approved Payments".
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click "Cancel".
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
* Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription.
* A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
As a last option, you may want to contact customer support for assistance. This can be done by clicking on the Help link, on the next page, click on Contact Customer Support, from there you can phone or email.
