Okay, please read all of this before you decide to make a comment. I bought a home security system on 12/3/17, I paid for 2 day shipping, got it by 12/5. Good on shipping promise. My package came from some other named company in an amazon box. So, this guy I bought from on eBay says "I use Amazon fullfilment services to send my packages". I got another security system, a cheaper one. And this guys blames amazon for grabbing the wrong product to ship. I've never had amazon send me the wrong product, ever. So I ask for a return shipping label. I print and send it off on 12/7. I contact the seller to ask what's taking so long for the refund on the 13th. No response. I get a notice he opened a case against me saying I didn't send the package. YES I DID!!!!! Within one hour of him opening the case against me, amazon sides with him and says I won't get a refund. Case closed. I have no time to ask what's going on because I can't check eBay and my email while at work. So I go and track my return package and it says it's delivered. Oh, since it came from amazon and I bought from EBay the return went to amazon. Which I what took so long, I don't know. So I call eBay customer service and she tells me "don't worry, you'll get your money back. It's under the 30 day money back guarantee" she looks into the tracking of the return and clearly sees it's been returned! But she keeps asking me what happened between the 7th and the 14th? Beside apparently there was no movement on the package, BS there was. I personally handed it to UPS and watched her put it in bin to shop off. I don't know what happend b/n those days. I wasn't with the package. It's the damned holidays stuffs taking longer to places if it's not a priority Christmas package. I said finally said okay fine, that's good I'll get a refund, Because the seller still hasn't responded back. I get home from work and check my email and come to see this: "eBay has stuck with its original decision and denied your appeal. We have decided you will not get a refund." Ok. I have no product and no money. This is all a big damn scam! EBay's 30 day money back guarantee is fraud! What's the point of having a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if it doesn't work? The foreign lady at eBay, which I might add....I could barely understand her! Learn proper English, she said she sees it IS/WAS delivered and returned back to amazon. So she knows I don't have product. I am listing the accounts/names of which this scammer uses. I highly recommend to never purchase anything from this user! Amazon -SHOTECH ebay - buyitagain PayPal - name in which pops up after eBay purchase - This Cyber Monday, LLC PayPal, I'm lucky I used my PayPal credit and don't have a payment for a while. But if I don't get my refund back there will be hell to pay! Please someone help me. It won't let me open a case on PayPal either. This is all still within 30days, I really **bleep** off right now!!!

quite a long story-

you bought an item from an Ebay seller who claimed he is using AMZN fullfillment service to ship his goods.

When you received the item,.you notice the shipper has a different name than the Ebay seller.

The item is not as described,so you ask and given a return shipping label to return the item,you did and it was via UPS AND TRACKING SAID delivered.

But both AMZN and Ebay and the seller said you did not return the item.

Ok,'first

Some Ebay sellers find a way to make a little money without capital outlay by rightclicking a stock photo from AMZN or manufacturer and list them on Ebay,when you buy from them,they will just ask AMZN or AMZN third party seller  to ship to you.

these sellers have AMZN prime membership,and they can either get free shipping if available and ask AMZN or Amzn marketpalce third seller to ship to you by adding your shipping address to their prime account.

There are quite a few such sellers on EBay,the profit margin is not great,but it adds up.

Now back to your order,who gives you the return shipping label?

Do you still have the original shipping label of the package which comes from AMZN,what is the return address ?

Compare that address to the one on your return shipping label,if they are different,then you did not return the item back to the seller who shipped you the item,altho tracking shows it has been delivered./

yes,delivered,but not to the one who shipped you the item/

if you cannot get this resolved,file chargeback with your cc issuer and smack this Ebay seller with a $20 chargeback fee and get your money back if you win,make sure you tell them he is playing a game of selling something he does not have.

what is the Ebay 30 days money guarantee?

does it cover return not delivered?

do you know if you lose a dispute on Ebay,you have 180 days to file with Paypal or your cc issuer.

If you file with Paypal item not as described,Paypal wil ask you to return the item with you paying shipping,and it will give you his return shipping address.

if you want to test it out,file with Paypal and see if his return shipping address is like the Ebay return shipping address,if so,then all you need to do is to upload the tracking number you used on Ebay.

and see what happens?

Unless PAYPAL question the date of your return precedes the case,else it would refund you.

if it is a different return address,then do nothing,since you dont have anything to return .

you can also take a look at his listing ,what is he selling,he could be just reselling whatever can be bought on AMZN,this is a smart alec idea ,selling what you dont have,but could go wrong like in your case,the ebay return shipping label ship to address may not match the amzn seller he bought the item from.
