A phone number for Paypal in Canada , Toronto PLEASE anyone!

I keep looking and looking for a contact phone number for Paypal , is it hidden/ is it in code? why is it so hard to find!!!!!!!

I have had 2 charges to my account that are not mine....I have changed the password but it was still used again.

My email to paypay was not answered regarding this, it was a genaric answer.  I would like to talk to someone and

although it states there is a numbe when you click on Call customer service...there is no such place.  Very

frustrating.

Instead of waiting for the ''right question or section '' of your problem to come up press ## and if you a lucky a human will come on the phone! have your Paypal credit card numner ( last four digits) ready and any other info fro your account. Have that open in another tab so you can refy. Good luck! took me 40 mins but I did finally speak to a real person who helped
