HELP! I made a purchase for a Rug Doctor Spot Shampooer on an online store called "Home TST" using an AT&T Rewards Card (prepaid visa). I received a confirmation number for the order, 3 separate emails from the store. When I tried to respond to their attached links, the site is "under construction" (yea, right!). I sent an email to them, came back "undeliverable" (go figure) ! The transaction does not show on my paypal account because I didn't use the default payment, but the visa debit card. I called the rewards center; they received confirmation of the transaction. Is this money lost forever since it was a prepaid Visa card??? Appreciate any suggestions or advise! Thanks!
