I bought a fragrance and paid to the seller. the fragrance turned out to be fake so its not as described. i opened a case and communicated with the seller on the case page. the seller sent me an offer of returning the fragrance for a refund. i accepted the offer and sent the item back to him. now he didnt refund me for it yet. because i accepted the offer, i can no longer communicate with the seller on the case page and i can no longer escalate it to paypal even though the case is still open. i cant do anything at all on the case page, not even contacting paypal.
the seller did not commit to his offer..i want to escalate the case to paypal now but the option isn't there on the page. please advice.
