I am so disappointed in PayPal and their resolution department. I was a fool and fraudently lured into thinking Chumba was a US based casino as they claim all over their website--WHICH WAS LEGAL-and of course would have US based regulations in place. I suddenly started receiving on my charge card statements all these foreign fees. After doing extensive research AFTER--RATHER THAN BEFORE LIKE A FOOL. Now I have a deactivated account, all the coins purchased removed with all these bogus emails that are merely automated replied from Chumba removing coins but not refunding any money as stated in their subject line of "your refund request is being processed". I contacted PayPal with 10 pages of backup emails and screenshots--all to have them not acknowledge the fax and say I have no protection because gambling is not supported by them and is:
After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time.
The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.
Please explain to me why PayPal allows Chumba!! I tried showing PayPal what Chumba was doing and they rule in favor of Chumba which has my money and everything my money was used to purchase removed from my deactivated account. Chumba needs to be stopped and I will not support PayPal going forward either as they did nothing to research--just looked for the easiest way to wash their hands clear of these disputes and closed. I was never doing these transactions thinking it was something "NOT ACCEPTABLE" It seems to me many people are encountering these issues and PayPal is doing nothing to support any of the victims. I am beginning to wonder why PayPal would support or even allow transaction after transaction to Chumba. This is BS!

I've been going in circles with this company and PayPal. Double / Triple charging my credit cards, I've won some battles with PayPal and the rest are being fought with the Credit card companies. Now I have a 1099 for amounts that are so high I had to obtain an attorney which has cost me thousands. I did find through the credit card companies that Chumba is stating I have two accounts but when I question Chumba about the two accounts, they tell me that they have only one account and have no clue as to who is replying to the disputes... Scam all the way. I thought they were in the US as well!
