Debit MasterCard fraud

Why doesnt Paypal have a 24 hr line to call in fraudulant charges?  Ive just watched my account being drained nicely... call in with a "We're closed for the evening." message.  I stil have my debit mastercard in hand.  So how was it used at a Walmart Store?  I closed the card online, but I would be nice to have someone to talk to, to get working on fixing the issue.

Once the activity is reported, we will reach out to the merchant for additional information, and our team will review both parties information.

What about pending transactions? I *just* had the same thing happen to me. I've been on hold waiting for the card services fraud people to help me (on hold twenty minutes now) and I can't afford to let my account be drained. I have my card in my hand, yet it was used at a local pizza place just a little while ago.

I tried the links the OP gave, but can't dispute a pending charge and the second link (for cards) is a dead link.

Yeah, have to wait until the transaction completes (no longer listed as pending) before you can file a dispute.  Nothing you can do about that bit right now.  Card services can at least put a block on the card from future use and issue you a new card.  You're calling the number on back of card, right?

i called to report fraud on my card, got " your call will be answered in one hour fourteen minutes".   Yep my card in my pocket and it was being used 200 miles away at Champs and Michel KORS.  Took $800 out of my account

You mean you phoned the Master Card fraud number on your card and needed to wait for an answer.?

It seems it's time to swich to a MasterCard with better service.

it was my PayPal debit card with the MasterCard logo.
