Ok so I bought a pair of shoes on Grailed and the box they came in said size 43, which is my size, and the seller listed them as size 10, which is the equivalent of eu size 43, which is my size. However, when they came, they said size 42.5 on the inside tongues of the shoes, and they are too small and barely fit me. I don't want to keep them because I want to wear them for a while, and not be in pain. I emailed the seller asking him what he is going do to fix it. If I open a dispute and win, can I keep the shoes, or do I have to send them back?
Thanks

Contact the seller first and work out a return deal.
If that fails then do the PayPal dispute. You will need to return the shoes at your expense with tracking.
