On Feb. 21, 2018 I sold a bracelet to my customer....  Although he bought it as it was described, and pictured, he said the ends were broken.  They were actually made that way to prevent rolling on wrist.  It was new, never worn, but purchased a year or two back by my son.  Buyer took it to jeweler and it the bends removed and said he was charged $15.

So, I felt my son should have explained better about the ends being bent, I refunded my customer the $15 he paid a jeweler to fix it.  Paypal refunded him $30 out of my bank account, which he was not to receive.  I have been trying since Feb 28 to get this corrected, any help is appreciated.  The transaction number is::::6BG67456NN533084X.  The amounts were:

$14.56 and $14.57
