I found out that someone created a fraudulent Paypal account under one of my email aliases. They were not able to verify this account because they couldn't log into my email - fortunately I use very strong passwords.
What's the best way to proceed getting this fake account deleted? Should I just notify the FBI? Trying to get an email or phone for Paypal is like looking for the holy grail.
