Friends and Family Chargeback

Before I get started, I do know that PayPal doesn't accept chargebacks on payments made through Friends and Family.

I was scammed over a forums website, and paid using Friends and Family. Is there any possible way I would be able to have the transaction somehow taken back or anything I could ask PayPal to assist me with?

If this was for a purchase you could contact your credit card bank and claim that you did not receive your merchandise.
