Hello!
A few weeks ago I placed a $2,000 order with gearbest.com
They sent me the package, but with only half of my items on it. They admitted only half of my items were shipped, they sent me stamped and signed invoice. They also intentionally misspelled my name on the package. The custom officer said I can't touch the package because there is a wrong name on it, even if the address is correct, so it has to be returned back to sender.
The package has been returned to sender, untouched, with the same original tracking number!
But they didn't use the listed paypal address, they used a bogus Singapore address as a sender address. So they claim they can't pick up the package!
But I have the original tracking number they sent as proof, the return kept the same tracking number.
Let's see what paypal does about it! The dispute is still on.
