How can I countermand payment to Joma shop

   I have bought a watch form Jomashop (on line) this February. But this  watch is an detective one. So, can I ask paypal help me take the money back? Attachment is the main history for this watch.

   I have bought a watch form Jomashop (on line) this February. When I received this item, it did not work discontinuously,  but my wife taked it out of USA all because we did not familiar with automatic watch (we thought it is normal features). So it did not work thoroughly in this February, within 30 days from I bought it. I have reported this problem to Joma Shop this April. But, I must waited my wife take it back then I could mail the watch to Joma shop. We sent it back to joma shop until this August. But now, jomashop did not agree to change a new watch for me. Joma shop just agreed to repair it, but, for reapiring, their serive is also very  poor.  So, can I ask paypal help me take the money back?

PayPal allowed 180 days to dispute a transaction.  That time period has expired, so you will no longer be able to file a dispute.

You'll need to go back to the seller for any warranty issues.

You could try with your credit card bank where they may allow 1 year for a dispute.

   You mean I can contect my credit bank to dispute? Because I paid the bill by my Paypal, and my Paypal account connected with my American card. So, can I ask my American card to dispute this payment? Thanks a lot for your help.
