How to block payments to a company

My daughters roblox account was hacked. She had set up paypal touch and this allowed the hacker to spend money from our account without our knowledge, until I discovered it and stopped paypal touch. Now I am getting payments made to roblox without anyone having access to the computer on the days they are coming out of my account, and short of closing my account, how do I block payments to certain companies! Surely paypal allows us to block certain users and businesses from accessing our accounts! PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community for assistance! I can absolutely understand where this would be a difficult situation, and I'm sorry that you and your family are having to deal with this. 😞

Most likely what's happening is that there's a billing agreement with this merchant that's allowing additional charges to go through, without needing to log into any PayPal account. Here are the instructions on how to cancel any billing agreements that may exist within your account. And if you haven't yet, here are the instructions on how to file an unauthorized dispute on these payments.
