Lost my paypal card, canceled it, but then I found it!

I lost my paypal debit card and couldnt find it for days, so I canceled it. 

I just found it and I want to know if I can reactivate it? I desperately need to, I can't wait 2 weeks to get a new one now.

That would be like a finder locating your lost credit card and asking to activate it.  No, you can't re-activate a lost card.  You will need to get a replacement.
