Has anyone used MyUS International Shipping, and if so, how do you add their US address to a Canadian Paypal Account?

Yes, great service!  Adding the address is easy: 

Click "Profile" 

Click "Street Address" (under "Account Information")

Click "Add Address" 

Enter the address like this: 

Address line 1: 

4283 Express Lane

Address line 2: 

SUITE ###-###   (<-- Enter your suite number here)

ZIP Code

34238

City

Sarasota

State

FL

Note that Paypal doesn't like for you to add an address that's not in your own country; they may make you create a whole new U.S. Paypal account for using your US address. 

MyUS.com has a really good Customer Service group, too... they may be able to better help you add the address.

A company called A2 Global Shipping consolidates shipment in their warehouse in the US and sends it internationally. If you don't have a credit card to make the purchase in Amazon, ebay, etc., you can open an A2 Global Shipping Visa card by depositing funds to it via your local bank
