Need help about a dispute

Hello community,
Etoro Ltd is now refusing to send my money back. They say I have to close the dispute before they can refund. I wonder if I close my dispute, Paypal will condiser my problem is solved and I wont be able to get my money back anymore. Please advise.

Welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that there was a need for a dispute. I'm happy to help.
Please do not close the dispute until you have received the item (if it was an item not received dispute) or the refund. A seller is able to refund through the dispute, so it is not necessary to close the dispute to allow them to refund. However, if you close the dispute, you will not be able to re-open it because closure of a dispute is acknowledgement of resolution.
Please keep yourself protected by following any instructions and supplying any requested information during the dispute process, and don't let the seller convince you to abandon your coverage by closing the dispute.
