it will be the carrier who should be able to give you this not myself as I was not the carrier
I SUGEST ITS SORTED QUICKLY
Sadly, we are not able to obtain any further proof of the delivery so if it is still being disputed you will need to complete the claim against the order so that we can discuss a refund Paul. We still need Proof of Recipient's Signature.

This mess needs sorting I have followed paypal instructions to the letter sending the goods back by carrier ,the tracking on the parcel has failed ,but after talking to the carrier parcels to go they say they cant provide proof of delivery.
asking me for proof of delivery, all I have is a proof of despatch via parcel shop and paypal keep closing the case.
PAYPAL NEED TO TALK TO THE CARRIER as I cant claim or get a refund without proof of delivery for paypal or proof of delivery for the carrier,i am in a no win situation .
IF NEITHER PAYPAL OR THE CARRIER can sort this mess out .
I WILL HAVE TO SEEK ANOTHER METHOD OF RECOVERING MY MONEY VIA THE MEDIA ,because one way or another I will recover my money I have paid for goods I no long have
