Possible Ebay Cancellation Scam?

Hi all! I already contacted Ebay and Paypal security about this, but thought I'd ask the community in case someone might've heard something while I wait for their answers.
An Ebay buyer won my auction two nights ago, paid immediately through Paypal, then immediately sent a cancellation request.
I e-mailed the buyer to make sure he meant to cancel, and reported it to Ebay at the same time, asking for advisement. Two days and no response from either. His physical address is a mailbox rental service in Miami, and his e-mail is a Gmail address with a number at the end, which is really common with online scammers. Those facts plus the unusual buyer behavior made me wary.
The money is in my Paypal account, and I'm not withdrawing it. I'll be glad to cancel and refund if this is legitimate. I'm just wondering if this was some kind of immediate-refund scam I haven't heard of.
Thanks for any ideas you have!

could be buyer remorse or he found a cheaper one.
you are better off agreeing to the cancellation and refund him so you can get Ebay fees back/

I appreciate the response, but unfortunately-
I finally got a hold of the guy on day 3, and he confirmed he wanted to cancel. I refunded the money, called Ebay to get my final value fees refunded, relisted the item, thought I was done.
Ten days later-
Exact same thing is happening again. Another fake-looking account from a zip code in Florida near the last guy's. This is probably the same guy as before under a different fake account. Another g-mail address with a number at the end. Money instantly sent to my Paypal account, and no response in a few hours even though I wrote him back instantly to confirm his address.
I've reported it to Ebay, but given their complete lack of response last time, I don't hold out much hope there.
So what do you all think? Did he just cancel too soon last time, and this time he's trying to wait until he thinks I've sent it before disputing the charge? Or maybe buyer protection fraud, claiming the computer is damaged once he gets it?

are the two ship to address the same?
you said same zip code or nearby?
he could be using a mail service to reship for him.
Ebay has become a place to source goods for resale,he could been reselling whatever he bought on Ebay.
You can pull his contact information and give him a call or find out where he is.
or call the mail service place?
