1. Is there any way to view someone's account info based on the email they provided? I am supposed to Paypal transfer funds for software.
2. Does Paypal get involved in disputes involving software sales? ie. if I buy this software and it doesn't work, or they don't deliver anything (it's a digital sale), will Paypal assist me in getting my funds back? Or am I dead in the water because it's a digital sale?
