Ive been running into an issue, or perhaps im just not quite understanding something. When i go to print my shipping labels through paypal on ebay sales ive made. I notice that when i check the signature confirmation box for my more expensive sales when the shipping information is displayed on my account, it will always look something like this.
Shipment details: Parcel Select Nonpresort® (2-9 days) Package/Thick Envelope No signature required Delivery confirmation required Shipment is insured
It says that no signature is required, even though i selected signature confirmation for an additional cost. But then when i print the label, it says signature tracking on the front above the barcode. When i take that tracking number and apply it to USPS website for tracking, it shows in the product information tab that this particular package has Signature Services attached to it. So i feel like im either not understanding something correctly or i am receiving mixed signals between the shipment information on paypal and the actual label / tracking page on usps. Am i covered with signature confirmation or not? I ask this because even though the label says signature tracking, and usps website says signature tservices were added, the post man delivered my package and the tracking says that a signature was never acquired. So i really want to know if im doing something wrong, or the post man didnt retrieve the signature like he was supposed to.

Now, I have no knowledge if that means you do or do not have signature confirmation but I can tell you that if no one else answers you that you should contact eBay or PayPal. You can find information on how to contact eBay https://pages.ebay.com/help/account/contact-customer-support.html. You can also contact PayPal either by phone at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call or by email at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email.
Also, if you figure out that your package was suppose to have a signature, you can get your refund if you file a claim with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/welcome.htm. If they don't respond within their stated time limit, that information can also be in their policies or FAQ, you can file a dispute at PayPal's Resolution Center at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_complaint-view. More information on filing a dispute is located at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/buyer-protection-resolution. Let me know if you need more information!
