Scammer selling revenge-porn

Hi everyone,

Recently me and my girlfriend found out someone was posing as her on Snapchat and selling pictures of her through PayPal (we know the email they use). We have screenshots of someone interacting with the user but have no idea who they are. Snapchat support is no help. We're wondering if PayPal can do anything about this? Does their ToS protect the identity of such a despicable person? Thanks.

Hi @Kubo_MD,

I'm so very sorry to hear about that situation. That's seriously just awful!

If you have any indication that someone is violating the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, please email the address found at the bottom of that policy's page. You can reach the Acceptable Use Policy by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page.

I hope this helps!

Olivia
