Send Money to buy something and it was a scam !

Hello Community,

What happen when i send money to someone's email to buy something and it was a scam... he never delivered or send me a box of rock!

Can i get still get my money back?

What is my protection in that case?

You have 2 choices.

1. I can go over to Paypals user agreement and copy and paste the whole thing for you and re-copy it on this answer or

2. You can go and read up on buyer protection yourself so you can risk assess your own transactions.

P.S I won't be doing option 1.
