lf tour travelinfand expenses we paid using PayPal Mastercard Debit ran as a charge do you get mastercard travel benefits for loss baggage, medical etc.?

you mean the Paypal MC business debit card which taps your paypal fund backed by bank fund?

you have to ask Paypal ,did you use it as a credit card and get 1% cash rebate?
