I just had a customer who sent a dispute saying unauthorized transaction. Today is March 14, 2018 the transaction took place on Jan 1, 2018. The service he paid for was done months ago. I copied and pasted our text messages which he obviously sent the payment directly to me in fact it was his 2nd payment to me. In turn paypal had held the payment back and making my account go in the red. I want to ask them to speed the process but I don't know who I should email or talk to about this. What steps should I take or is it even possible to do so?
