Using a VPN with PayPal

Hello PayPal community,
I run a business PayPal. Currently, my business is soley online meaning I deliver services or electronic goods online without options for tangable goods.
I recently got off the phone with a PayPal rep who noticed I use a VPN when accessing PayPal services. I was told that VPN accessing won't cause termination, although it may cause some red flags to arise. As a business owner that solely wishes to use PayPal checkout, I am wondering if using a VPN may cause a limitation or actualy issues to flag or arise.
My reasoning for using a VPN is that I deal with some customers directly on Skype and other communication services where my IP or personal information may be at risk. I have dealt with this in the past not using a VPN before my PayPal usage, and I plan to avoid that at all costs.
Is there a way I can be approved to use a VPN without risk of flagging? I can shut if off as I use PayPal but ideally I don't wish to go back and forth.

This can only be answered by PayPal customer service. This is a user forum. PayPal has already provided an answer. Your account is at risk.
Trying to keep PayPal "out of the loop" with your transactions is not a good idea, as if you are attempting to circumvent some regualation issues.

Ah I see. Pretty presumptuous of you to assume I'm up to something when I clearly stated my reasoning for using a VPN. Skype is probably the easiest way to get an IP or personal info as the security is minimal. I've had my account on Skype taken over simply from someone adding me as a friend and using the information I had posted to obtain more. VPN use is not always with negative motive, you know.
In any case, thanks for the help. I'll probably just stop using my VPN unless I'm on Skype.
