eBay buyers have submitted "Unauthorized Payment" Paypal disputes

Let me give a timeframe for my sales:
Dec 18, 2017 - #1 buyer received the item from USPS (value of $165)
Mar 7, 2018 - #1 buyer opened a claim through PayPal with the reason for unauthorized payment
Feb 24, 2018 - #2 buyer received the item from USPS with signature confirmation (value of $310)
Mar 29, 2018 - #2 buyer opened a claim through PayPal with the reason for unauthorized payment
Paypal is currently reviewing these two cases, and my question is when Paypal will settle these two cases?
I am upset with these two buyers, as I tried to contact them through eBay message, but they do not respond my messages.
Are there any methods I can accelerate these two cases to resolve faster than waiting for one month? (ex. make a call to PayPal, etc)
